This non-profit organization is created because of great love and a burning desire to obey and serve the Lord. I was overwhelmed with joy and puzzled when I heard the audible voice of the Lord asking me a few years ago to send a certain sum of money to a charitable organization. Soon after that I became under a heavy desire to assist others in need and convicted in the spirit that I should be more involved in relieving the needs of people in my own native country.

Knowing the desperate need and hard work of a few missionaries in Haiti, who else can be a better advocate, but one who is a native. Thus in 2003, The Healing Shepherd Corporation a 501(c)(3) organization was created with great dream in mind and heart. Our purposes are to preach the gospel to the poor, feed the hungry, clothe the naked, provide deliverance to the captives bound physically, financially, spiritually, and announce that today is the day of salvation for all living on planet earth.

You may be asking, why did you choose this name for this non-profit organization? The Healing Shepherd represents Jesus acting in the full power of the Holy Spirit in and through us as the head. Corporation implies that it takes you and I acting together as the body of Christ, being filled of the Holy Spirit Father, and empowered mightily to do the works of the Father.

The Lord wants to do great things in our lives, but we must allow Him. Are you ready to take on the challenge and serve Him wholeheartedly?
