GOSPEL = GOOD NEWS

Jesus said to the people who believed in him, 'you are truly my disciples if you keep obeying my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free!' (John 8:31-32)

Listen as Wisdom calls out!
Hear as understanding raises her voice!
On the hilltop along the road,
she takes her stand at the crossroads.
By the gates at the entrance to the town,
on the road leading in, she cries aloud,
"I call to you, to all of you!
I raise my voice to all people.
You simple people, use good judgment.
You foolish people, show some understanding.
Listen to me! For I have important things to tell you.
Everything I say is right,
 for I speak the truth
and detest every kind of deception.
My advice is wholesome.
There is nothing devious or crooked in it.
My words are plain to anyone with understanding,
clear to those with knowledge.
Choose my instruction rather than silver,
and knowledge rather than pure gold.
For wisdom is far more valuable than rubies.
Nothing you desire can compare with it.
"I, Wisdom, live together with good judgment.
I know where to discover knowledge and discernment.
All who fear the LORD will hate evil.
Therefore, I hate pride and arrogance,
   corruption and perverse speech.
Common sense and success belong to me.
   Insight and strength are mine.

..........

"I love all who love me.
Those who search will surely find me."

..........

"And so, my children, listen to me,
for all who follow my ways are joyful.
Listen to my instruction and be wise.
   Don't ignore it.
Joyful are those who listen to me,
watching for me daily at my gates,
waiting for me outside my home!
For whoever finds me finds life
and receives favor from the LORD.

**********************

How should you live your life in this earthly body?

I have been crucified with Christ and myself no longer live, but Christ lives in me. So I live my life in this earthly body by faith, trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave his life for me (Galatians 2:20).

**********************

Why do we work hard and suffer much?

We work hard and suffer much in order that people will believe the truth, for our hope is in the living God, who is the Savior of all people, and particularly of those who believe (1 Timothy 4:10).

**********************

What is the wonderful message from God?

For God was in Christ reconciling the World to himself, no longer counting people's sins against them. This is the wonderful message he has given us to tell others (2 Corinthians 5:19).

**********************

Why should we not be ashamed of the Gospel?

For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes--Jews and also Gentiles. This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say. " It is through fiath that a righteous person has life" (Romans 1:16-17).

**********************

Where does God live?

For this is what the high and lofty one One says, he who lives forever, whose name is Holy, I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite (Isaiah 57:15).

**********************

Who can reveal the future?

This is what the Lord, Israel's King and redeemer, the LORD Almighty , says: I am the First and the Last; there is no other God. Who else can tell you what is going to happen in the days ahead? Let them tell you if they can and thus prove their power. Let them do as I have done since ancient times (Isaiah 44:6-7).

**********************

What will happen when God judges men's secrets through Jesus?

God "will give to his person according to what he has done." To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil...; but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good.... For God does not show favoritism (Romans 2:6-11).

**********************

How does the gospel of God describe Jesus?

... the gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures regarding his Son, who as to his human nature was a descendant of David, and who throught the Spirit of holiness was declared with power to be the Son of God by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 1:2-4).

**********************

Who give birth to spiritual life?

I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life (John 3:5-6).

**********************

What are two benefits of walking in the light?

But if we walk in the Light as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his son cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7).

**********************

What types of people you should not befriend?

You should also know this, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control; they will be cruel and have no interest in what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act as if they are religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. You must stay away from people like that (2 Timothy 3:1-5).

**********************

Do you know who expose us for who we really are?

For the word of God is full of living power (living and active). It is sharper than the sharpest knife, cutting deep into our innermost thougts and desires. It exposes us for what we really are. Nothing in all creation can hide from God's sight. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes. This the God to whom we must explain all that we have done (Hebrews 4:12-13).

**********************

What are the attributes of false teachers in the last days?

Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from what we believe; they will follow lying spirits and teachings that come from demons. These teachers are hypocrites and liars. They pretend to be religious, but their consciences are dead (1 Timothy 4:1-2).

**********************

What does our appointment as servant of Jesus Christ involve?

I preached ... that all must turn from their sins and turn to God--and prove they have changed by the good things they do (Acts 26:20).

**********************

What are two things we have in Jesus?

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace (Ephesians 1:7).

**********************

Who does God live in?

And this is his commandment: We must believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as he commanded us. Those who obey God's commandments remain in fellowship with him, and he with them. And we know he lives in us because the Spirit he gave us lives in us (1 John 3:23-24).

**********************

Why do we have peace with God?

Therefore, since we have been made right in God's sight by faith, we have peace with God because of What Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us (Romans 5:1).

**********************

Who can see and experience the Kingdom of God?

Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God (John 3:3).

**********************

Why did God made every nation of men from one man?

"The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands. And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives all men life and breath and everything else. From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. 'For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, 'We are his offspring.' (Acts 17:24-28).

**********************

What is the grace of God working out in people?

For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people (Titus 2:11).

**********************

How do we know that we belong to the truth?

Dear children, let's not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions. 19 Our actions will show that we belong to the truth, so we will be confident when we stand before God. 20 Even if we feel guilty, God is greater than our feelings, and he knows everything (1 John 3:18-20).

**********************

Why don't people value the Gospel message?

For this good news --that God has prepared a place of rest-- has been announced to us just as it was to them. But it did them no good because they didn't believe what God told them (Hebrews 4:2).

**********************

Why are the gifts of the Spirit given to the church?

A spiritual gift is given to each of us as a means of helping the entire church. To one person the Spirit gives the ability to give wise advice; to another he gives the gift of special knowledge. The Spirit gives special faith to another, and to someone else he gives the power to heal the sick. He gives one person the power to perform miracles, and to another the ability to prophesy. He gives someone else the ability to know whether it is the Spirit of God or another spirit that is speaking. Still another person is given the ability to speak in unknown languages, and another is given the ability to interpret what is being said. It is the one and only Holy Spirit who distributes these gifts. He alone decides which gift each person should have (1 Corinthians 12:7-11).

**********************

What is the kingdom of God?

For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of what we eat or drink, but of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17).

**********************

Do you know what is healing to your body and nourishment to your bone?

Do not be wise in in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your body and refreshment to your bones (Proverbs 3:7-8).

**********************

Why does God command all people everywhere to repent?

"The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands. And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives all men life and breath and everything else. From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. 'For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, 'We are his offspring.' "Therefore since we are God's offspring, we should not think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone--an image made by man's design and skill. In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent (Acts 17:24-30).

**********************

Why should you keep your conscience clear before God and man?

I have hope in God, just as these men do, that he will raise both the righteous and the ungodly. Because of this, I always try to maintain a clear conscience before God and everyone else (Acts 24:15-16).

**********************

lHow do we receive from God what we ask him?

Dear friends, if we don't feel guilty, we can come to God with bold confidence. 22 And we will receive from him whatever we ask because we obey him and do the things that please him (1 John 3:21-22).

**********************

What is the gospel?

The gospel is the story of: 1) Jesus dying for our sins (the whole world) on the cross; 2) Jesus buried; 3) Jesus raised from the dead on the third day; 4) Jesus physical appearance being seen, and witnessed by many people and the apostles (1 Corinthians 15:1-8).

**********************

What gives us victory in Jesus?

For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And having chosen them, he called them to come to him. And having called them, he gave them right standing with himself. And having given them right standing, he gave them his glory.

Nothing can separate us from God's Love. What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? (Romans 8:29-31).

**********************

How did Jesus present the gospel?

From then on, Jesus began to preach, "Turn from your sins and turn to God, because the Kingdom of Heaven is near." ..... At last the time has come! he announced. "The Kingdom of God is near! Turn from your sins and believe this Good News!" (Matthew 4:17; Mark 1:15).

**********************

What is sin?

All wrongdoing (unrighteousness ) is sin (1 John 5:17).

**********************

What should you do to be blessed in all you do?

Therefore, get rid of all filth and evils in our lives, and humbly accept the message God has planted in your hearts, for it is strong enough to save your souls. Do not merely listen to the Word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.

Anyone who listens to the Word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at this face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it--he will be blessed in what he does (James 1:21-25).

**********************

What is undefiled religion before God?

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world (James 1:27).

**********************

What are some of the benefits of salvation?

Let all that I am praise the LORD;  with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the LORD;  may I never forget the good things he does for me. He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. He redeems me from death  and crowns me with love and tender mercies. He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle's! (Psalm 103:1-5).

********************************************

What happens when we live, walk in God's presence and know him?

As we know Jesus better his divine power give us everything we need for living a godly life. He has called us to receive his own glory and goodness! And by that same mighty power, he has given us all of his rich and wonderful promises. He has promised that you will escape the decadence all around you caused by evil desires and that you will share in his divine nature (2 Peter 1:3-4).

**********************

What should you do with the gifts God gave you?

God has given gifts to each of you from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Manage them well so that God's generosity can flow through you. Are you called to be a speaker? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Are you called to help others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then God will be given glory in everything through Jesus Christ. All glory and power belong to him forever and ever. Amen! (1Peter 4:10-11).

**********************

Who really is Jesus?

In the beginning the Word already existed. He was with God, and he was God. He was in the beginning with God. He created everything there is. Nothing exists that he didn't make. Life itself was in him, and this life gives light to everyone. The light shines through the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.

The one who is the true light, who give light to everyone, was going to come into the world. But although the world was made through him, the world didn't recognize him when he came. Even in his own land and among his own people, he was not accepted. But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn! This is not a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan--this rebirth comes from God. So the Word became human and lived here on earth among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the only Son of the Father.

Though he was God, he did not demand and cling to his rights as God. He made himself nothing, he took the humble position of a slave and appeared in human form. And in human form he obediently humbled himself even futher by dying a criminal's death on a cross (John 1:1-5; 9-14; Philippians 2:6-8).

**********************

How can we be sure that we are living in the light?

This is the message he has given us to announce to you: God is light and there is no darkness in him at all. So we are lying if we say we have fellowship with God but go on living in spiritual darkness. We are not living in the truth. But if we are living in the light of God's presence, just as Christ is, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from every sin. If we say we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and refusing to accept the truth. But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from every wrong (1 John 1:5-9).

**********************

How do you know that you know God?

We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands (1 John 2:3).

**********************

How do you know that we have passed from death to life?

If we love our Christian brothers and sisters, it proves that we have passed from death to life. But a person who has no love is still dead (1 John 3:14).

**********************

What is the whole duty of every person?

Here now is my final conclusion: Fear God and obey his commands, for this is everyone's duty. God will judge us for everything we do, including every secret thing, whether good or bad (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14).

**********************

What did Jesus say about his disciples?

Jesus said to the people who believed in him, "You are truly my disciples if you keep obeying my teachings." ... "Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples." ... "My true disciples produce much fruit. This brings great glory to my Father." ... "If you want to be my followers you must love me more than your own father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters--yes, more than our own life."... "So no one become my disciple without giving up everything for me" (John 8:31; 13:35; 15:8; Luke 14:26, 33).

**********************

What fruit comes from a child of God filled of His Spirit?

But when the Holy Spirit controls our lives, he will produce this kind of fruit in us: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Here there is no conflict with the law (Galatians 5:22-23).

**********************

Why did Jesus have to die on the cross?

Since death came through the world through one man, Adam, now the resurrection from the dead has begun through another man, Christ. We are sinners and died because we are all related to Adam, the first man. But all who are related to Christ, the other man, will be given new life (1 Corinthians 15:20-23).

**********************

What did Jesus say about his people?

For a shepherd enters through the gate. The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep hear his voice and come to him. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. After he has gathered his flock, he walks ahead of them, and they follow him because they recognize his voice. They won't follow a stranger; they will run from him because they don't recognize his voice... My sheep recognize my voice; I know them, and they follow me (John 10:2-6; 27).

**********************

What must you do to have fellowship with Father and Son?

...But if you continue in the teaching of Christ, you will have fellowship with both the Father and the Son (2 John 9).

**********************

Why will we be saved from God's judgment?

And since we have been made right in God's sight by the blood of Christ, he will certainly save us from God's judgment. For since we were restored to friendship with God by the death of his Son while we were still his enemies, we will certainly be delivered from eternal punishment by his life (Romans 5:9-10).

**********************

What is love?

Love means doing what God has commanded us, and he has commanded us to love one another, just as you heard from the beginning (2 John 6).

**********************

Do you kow who will live forever?

... But if you do the will of God you will live forever (1 John 2:17).

**********************

Who is the way to the Father?

Jesus answered, "I am the way, and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6).

**********************

What did God the Father do for the whole world?

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world throught him (John 3:16-17).

**********************

Why did God create us?

For I will say to the north and south,  'Bring my sons and daughters back to Israel from the distant corners of the earth. Bring all who claim me as their God, for I have made them for my glory.
It was I who created them'" (Isaiah 43:6-7).

**********************

Does God want to use us?

For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so that we can do the good things he planned for us long ago (Ephesians 2:10).

**********************

What should you do to have eternal life?

Only in Christ will all be made alive. Only followers of Christ, only people who are related to Christ, only people who have a relationship with Him, only people who are His will be given this new life, this eternal life. The gift is to "everyone", but everyone must act on what they hear and receive the gift. As it is written: "And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

The scriptures say, "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart--that is the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. As the Scriptures tell us, 'Anyone who believes in him will not be disappointed'" (1 Corinthians 15:22; Joel 2:32; Romans 10:9-13).

**********************

What does the Father do when we come to our senses and believe in Jesus Christ?

...but while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion for him, and ran and embraced him and kissed him...But the Father said...let us eat and celebrate; for this son of mine was dead and has come to life again; he was lost and has ben found... (Luke 15:11-32).

**********************

What will happen to those who do not obey the gospel?

And God will provide rest for you who are being persecuted and also for us when the Lord Jesus appears from heaven. He will come with his mighty angels, in flaming fire, bringing judgment on those who don't know God and on those who refuse to obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with eternal destruction, forever separated from the Lord and from his glorious power. When he comes on that day, he will receive glory from his holy people—praise from all who believe. And this includes you, for you believed what we told you about him (2 Thessalonians 1:7-10).

**********************

Who can see or enter the Kingdom of God?

...Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the Kingdom of God unless he is born again."

Jesus replied, "The truth is, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water, and the Spirit. Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives new life from heaven. So don't be surprised at my statement that you must be born again. Just as you can hear the wind but can't tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can't explain how people are born of the Spirit" (John 3:3, 5-8).

**********************

How do you know that you are born again, or that you are a new creation?

Whatever we do, it is because Christ' love controls us. Since we believe that Christ died for everyone, we also believe that we have all died to the old life we used to live. He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live to please themselves. Instead, they will live to please Christ, who died and was raised for them.

What this means is that those who become Christians become new persons. They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone. A new life has begun! All this newness of life is from God, who brought us back to himself through what Christ did.

For you have been born again. Your new life did not come from your earthly parents because the life they gave you will end in death. But this new life will last forever because it comes from the eternal, living word of God (2 Corinthians 5:14-15; 17-18; 1 Peter 1:17-23).

**********************

What is the new life-giving way Christ opened up for us?

And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven's Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place. And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God's house, let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ's blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water. Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works (Hebrews 10:19-24).

**********************

Do you know who overcomes the world?

And who can win this battle against the world? Only those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God (1 John 5:5).

**********************

What is the difference between Adam and Jesus?

The scripture tell us, "The first man, Adam, became a living person." But the last Adam--that is, Christ--is a life-giving Spirit. What came first was the natural body, than the spiritual body comes later. Adam the first man, was made from the dust of the earth, while Christ, the second man, came from heaven. Every human being has an earthly body just like Adam's, but our heavenly bodies will be just like Christ's. Just as we are now like Adam, the man of the earth, so we will someday be like Christ, the man from heaven (1 Corinthians 15:45-49).

Adam is the life receiver. Jesus is the life giver.

**********************

How will the dead be raised? What kind of bodies will they have?

When you put a seed into the ground, it doesn't grow into a plant unless it dies first...Then God gives it a new body--just the kind he wants it to have... There are bodies in the heavens, and there are bodies on earth. The glory of the heavenly bodies is different from the beauty of the earthly bodies... It is the same way for the resurrection of the dead. Our earthly bodies, which die and decay, will be different when they are resurrected, for they will never die. Our bodies now disappoint us, but when they are raised, they will be full of glory. They are weak now, but when they are raised, they will be full of power. They are natural human bodies now, but when they are raised, they will be spiritual bodies (1 Corinthians 15:35-44).

**********************

How will we receive that new body?

But let me tell you a wonderful secret God has revealed to us. Not all of us will die, but we will all be transformed. It will happen in a moment, in the blinking of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, the Christians who have died will be raised with transformed bodies. And then we who are living will be transformed so that we will never die. For our perishable eartly bodies must be transformed into heavenly bodies that will never die. When this happens--when our perishable earthly bodies have been transformed into heavenly bodies that will never die--then at last the Scriptures will come true:

"Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?" (1 Corinthians 15:51-55).

What happens to the Christian who have died?

And now, brothers and sister, I want you to know what will happen to the Christians who have died so you will not be full of sorrow like people who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus comes, God will bring back with Jesus all the Christians who have died.

I can tell you this directly from the Lord: We who are still living when the Lord returns will not rise to meet him ahead of those who are in their graves. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the call of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, all the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and remain with him forever. So comfort and encourage each other with these words.

Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices shouting in heaven: "The whole world has now become the Kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign forever and ever" (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 11:15)

**********************

What happens to the heaven, the earth and the sea?

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was gone. And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem coming down from God out of heaven like a beautiful bride preapred for her husband (Revelation 21:1-2)

**********************

Who gives us victory over sin and death?

Thanks be to God who gives us victory over sin and death through Jesus Christ our Lord! (1 Corinthians 15:57).

**********************

What is one precious benefit of being one with Christ?

Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the priceless gain of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I may have Christ and become one with him. I no longer count on my own goodness or my ability to obey God's law, but I trust Christ to save me. For God's way of making us right with himself depends on faith. As a result, I can really know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I can learn what it means to suffer with him, sharing in his death, so that, somehow, I can experience the resurrection from the dead (Philippians 3:8-11).

**********************

What one thing characterizes the life of a follower of Christ?

...But the righteous will live by his faith (Habakkuk 2:4).

**********************

Who did Jesus send to help everyone who believes in him?

But I will send you the Counselor--the Spirit of truth. He will come to you from the Father and will tell you all about me.

But I tell you the truth: It is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you (John 15:26; John 16:7, 13-15).

**********************

What will the Counselor do when he comes?

And when he comes, he will convince the world of its sin, and of God's righteousness, and of the coming judgment. The world's sin is unbelief in me. Righteousness is available because I go to the Father, and you will see me no more. Judgment will come because the prince of this world has already been judged (John 16:8-11).

**********************

What types of worshiper the Father is seeking?

But the time is coming and is already here when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for anyone who will worship him that way. For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth (John 4:23-24).

**********************

How do you know that you are a worshiper?

For we who worship God in the Spirit are the only ones who are truly circumcised. We put no confidence in human effort. Instead, we boast about what Christ Jesus has done for us (Philippians 3:3).

**********************

How should you live the Christian life?

So think clearly and exercise self-control. Look forward to the special blessings that will come to you at the return of Jesus Christ. Obey God because you are his children. Don't slip back into your old ways of doing evil; you didn't know any better then. But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God--who chose you to be his children--is holy. For he himself has said, "you must be holy because I am holy."

And remember that the heavenly Father to whom you pray has no favorites when he judges. He will judge or reward you according to what you do. So you must live in reverent fear of him during your time as foreigners here on earth. For you know that God paid a ransom to save you from the empty life you inherited from your ancestors. And the ransom he paid was not mere gold or silver. He paid for you with the precious lifeblood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God. God chose him for this purpose long before the world began, but now in these final days, he was sent to the earth for all to see. And he did this for you.

Through Christ you have come to trust in God. And because God raised Christ from the dead and gave him great glory, your faith and hope can be placed confidently in God. Now you can have sincere love for each other as brothers and sisters because you were cleansed from your sins when you accepted the truth of Good News. So see to it that you really do love each other intensely with all your hearts.

For you have been born again. Your new life did not come from your earthly parents because the life they gave you will end in death. But this new life will last forever because it comes from the eternal, living word of God (1 Peter 1:17-23).

**********************

How do followers of Christ overcome the evil one?

...Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death (Revelation 12:10-11).

**********************

What attitude should we have about the Lord's work?

So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and steady, always enthusiastic about the Lord's work, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless (1 Corinthians 15:58).

**********************

What does the Scriptures say about everyone receiving Jesus?

But not everyone welcomes the Good news, for Isaiah the prophet said, "Lord, who has believed our message?" Yet faith comes from listening to this message of good news--the Good News about Jesus Christ (Romans 10:16-17).

**********************

What should you do to be related to Christ?

As the Scriptures tell us, 'Anyone who believes in him will not be disappointed.'" (1 Corinthians 15:22; Joel 2:32; Romans 10:9-13).

**********************

What should you do to live through the Holy Spirit power?

So, dear brothers and sisters, you have no obligation whatsoever to do what your sinful nature urges you to do. For if you keep on following it, you will perish. But if through the power of the Holy Spirit you turn from it and its evil deeds, you will live. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God ( Romans 8:12-14).

**********************

What is the call of God for all believers of Jesus Christ?

...And God has given us the task of reconciling people to him. For God was in Christ reconciling the World to himself, no longer counting people's sins against them. This is the wonderful message he has given us to tell others.

Jesus came up and told his disciples, "I have been given complete authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, therefore go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age (2 Corinthians 5:18-21; Matthew 28:18-20 ).

**********************

Where can we go to find help in time of need?

So then, since we have a great High Priest who has entered heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we believe. This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin. So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.
Christ Is Our High Priest
(Hebrews 4:14-16).

**********************

How does God help those who fear him?

He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west. The LORD is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him. For he knows how weak we are;  he remembers we are only dust. Our days on earth are like grass; like wildflowers, we bloom and die. The wind blows, and we are gone—as though we had never been here. But the love of the LORD remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children's children of those who are faithful to his covenant, of those who obey his commandments!
(Psalm 103:12-18).

**********************

Who am I and who are you as a Christian?

We are Christ's ambassadors, and God is using us to speak to you. We urge you, as though Christ himself were here pleading with you, "Be reconciled to God!" For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20-21).

**********************

... Here now is my final conclusion: Fear God and obey his commands, for this is everyone's duty. God will judge us for everything we do, including every secret thing, whether good or bad (Ecclesiastes 11:13-14).

**********************

The glorious message of Jesus Christ has been made known to you. My prayer for you is that you will not be one of the ones who will not believe in our great Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
